Curio Warehouse is the sole owner of the information
collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any
outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. Curio Warehouse collects
information from our users at several different points on our website in order
to process orders and to better serve our customers. Information
collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers,
e-mail address, and payment information such as credit card number, etc.. Curio Warehouse also
requires each user to submit a password of their choice for future access to account
information. This password is to remain confidential and should not be shared with anyone.
In order to process orders using this website, a
user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is
required to provide contact information, which includes name, e-mail,
telephone number and physical address. This information is only used for Curio Warehouse related business such as sending automated order status
updates.
Most of the information collected in the registration
process will be used to process orders. During the order process, a user must
provide additional financial information such as credit card number, expiration
date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used
for billing purposes and to fulfill customers' orders. If we have trouble
processing an order, user contact information is used to get in touch with the
user. We do not share any personal or financial information with any third

Curio Warehouse provides a product-rating feature that
allows customers to rate the quality of our products. Our review system also
allows customers to leave written comments to further elaborate their
experience with our products. All ratings and review comments are pre-screened by
a moderator before posting to the site. The moderator may choose to disregard or
eliminate comments that do not meet the necessary guidelines. Guidelines include that all
comments be truthful and non-offensive. Guidelines do not permit the posting of
personal information or information for the purpose of personal gain.
All posted rating information and review comments are
viewable to all customers browsing the Curio Warehouse.com site. This information
is exclusive to the Curio Warehouse.com site and is not sent to any third party
sites. Curio Warehouse is not responsible for the comments or actions of

Curio Warehouse's website takes every precaution to
protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the

When our registration/order form asks users to enter
sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is
encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry -

All of our users' information is classified and
restricted. The Curio Warehouse facility is a secured and locked facility
requiring all employees to check in and to wear valid ID badges. Security cameras
are stationed throughout the building in conjunction with several alarm systems.
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted
access to personal information.
All Curio Warehouse servers including web servers and
database servers are housed and maintained in-house by Curio Warehouse. Access to
the database is strictly monitored and the database is protected from outside access. Internet
access is restricted and protected by multiple Checkpoint and Cisco firewalls
and password protection. The servers that we store personal
information on are kept in a secured environment, behind a secured and locked
door. All backups are stored and locked in a high-level security room where our
database servers are under lock and alarm. Only personnel with proper security
clearance have access to such restricted areas. Tape backups are not permitted to
leave the premises.
In addition, our employees must use password-protected
screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter
their password to re-gain access to information.
All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and
privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added,
our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on
privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.

may send that user pertinent information periodically. Our special offers are sent only to
customers who grant Curio Warehouse permission to send such information. Curio Warehouse

Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present
the option to not receive these types of communications. At the time an order is placed, a user may opt to not receive special offers by un-checking the
appropriate field. Furthermore, all special offers are sent via e-mail and have
a "Remove" link for those users who no longer wish to receive news and special offers. Otherwise, customers may occasionally receive information on products,
services, special deals or news.

Curio Warehouse does not use customers' information for
contact other than that related to Curio Warehouse business.

Users who no longer wish to
receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these
communications by un-checking the permission to send field when processing their

Finally, a user can always use the link provided with
all communications to automatically unsubscribe.
If at any point we decide to use personal
information in a manner different from that stated at the time it
was collected, we will notify users by way of a email. Users will have a choice
